Liability insurance is mandatory, it must be received 2 weeks prior to your event. Details of the amount and verbiage requirements are in your contract. No insurance, no event.
Yes, you have to have security guards. No you cannot provide your own. This is to protect everyone’s full legal interests. Security guard charges are hourly and will be in addition to your base contract. If police must be called to intervene, your event may be shut down and you will not be refunded. Note that there are cameras on the property and we reserve the right to use them to enforce your contract and will be used as evidence in a court of law, if necessary.
